In addition to pulpwood, Elders Forestry manage other species for a variety of end uses. Highly prized Indian Sandalwood, grown in Kununurra's fertile Ord River Irrigation Area, will produce oil for use in cosmetics as well as timber for ceremonial applications. Teak and Red Mahogany, grown in Queensland, will be used as structural and appearance grade timbers.
