To support the export of plantation woodchip from the Esperance region in Western Australia, Elders Forestry is negotiating the construction of a woodchip terminal to receive, screen, stockpile and reclaim woodchips for export at the Port of Esperance. The Elders Forestry plantation estate in the region presently exceeds 40,000 hectares.

Construction of the proposed Esperance Chip Terminal is being negotiated with the Esperance Port Authority.
