Revised Supplementary PDS - now effective
Only applicable to the Diversified Forestry and Pulpwood Projects.
In response to the recent collapses of Great Southern and Timbercorp, the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) have undertaken a review of Product Disclosure Statements (PDS) for MIS forestry investments across the industry. ASIC have advised that their Review of ITC's PDS' is now complete.
ITC released a Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement (Supplementary PDS) on the 29th May, 2009 for the following forestry projects:
2009 Diversified Forestry Project released on 22nd October, 2008
2009 Pulpwood Forestry Project released on 22nd November, 2008
In light of ASIC's review, ITC is has decided to replace the Supplementary PDS released on the 29th May 2009. The revised Supplementary PDS includes:
- Change of name of ultimate holding company;
- Appointment of new director;
- Updated information relating to Elders Limited; and
- Performance of historical projects
