Product Rulings provide certainty for investors by confirming that the tax benefits set out in the rulings are available, provided that the arrangement is carried out in accordance with the information given to the ATO by the project manager.
Elders Forestry have now received product rulings for the Elders Diversified Forestry Project 2010.
