Year Month Event
  1924 - Neville Smith Timber founded by Francis Richard Neville Smith in Launceston, Tasmania.
  1990 - Integrated Tree Cropping Limited (ITC) founded in Albany, Western Australia.
  2004 March ITC lists on ASX with Futuris Corporation as majority shareholders.

  2004 May ITC secures Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification for its plantation estate in southern Australia, becoming the first Australian forestry company to secure this prestigious accreditation.
  2004 July ITC commences harvesting operations of the earliest plantations under management in the Bunbury region of Western Australia.
  2004 September ITC merges with Neville Smith Timber to create an integrated forestry and timber group.

ITC acquires initial 19.9% holding in Forest Enterprises Australia Ltd.
  2005 April ITC commences harvesting operations in the Albany region of Western Australia and export of woodchips through the jointly owned Albany Chip Terminal.
  2005 November GoodWood® brand launched in Melbourne, promoting Sustainable Australian Hardwood supplied on controlled, environmentally responsible and sustainable basis.

  2006 June ITC Forestry completes record establishment program of 24,000 hectares for 2005/06 financial year.

Futuris Corporation acquires outstanding minorities in ITC - ITC becomes wholly owned subsidiary of Futuris.
  2006 October ITC Timber acquires the assets of JL Gould's Sawmills to form ITC Timber Alexandra in Victoria.
  2007 May ITC Timber Heyfield commissions a state-of-the-art Finger joining and Laminating plant, introducing the new SupaLam product range to the market

  2007 June Integrated Tree Cropping Limited rebrands as ITC Limited.

Neville Smith Timber rebrands as ITC Timber.
  2008 January ITC Timber secures certification under the Australian Forestry Standard (AFS) for its Tasmanian operations.
